- Key Responsibilities Customer Support Executive _ Inbound
- Responsibilities of these executives involve various tasks:
- Interact with clients through telephone to provide information about services or products, cancel accounts, renew accounts, open new accounts, enter or take orders, or obtain complaint details
- Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance to it
- Ensure that the required changes are made to resolve the queries of the customers
Collect payments or deposits, determine service requested charges or arrange billings
Draft contract forms, issue orders of service discontinuance, make changes of address records using computers, etc.
- Refer unresolved and pending customer grievances to the concerned departments for further investigation
- Contact clients to notify regarding investigation results, respond to inquiries or any adjustments in the services
- Resolve complaints related to billing or customer service by carrying out activities such as refunding money, exchanging merchandise or adjusting bills
- Analyze disputed merchandise along with provided original information and requisitions from invoices
- Recommend modifications in shipping, packaging, service, products, billing procedures and methods to prevent further issues
- Solicit sales of new merchandise and services
- Review policies and terms to ensure they resolve the issues as per the regulations.
Acquire and analyze all relevant information to evaluate validity of complaint and identify the possible causes.
