Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries related to remittances, currency exchange, bill payments, and other financial services offered by the Exchange.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively resolve customer issues or complaints while maintaining compliance with Company and Bank guidelines.
- Ensure that all interactions are logged accurately in the system, with proper documentation of customer details.
- Strive to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call
resolution. - Manage customer inquiries and requests via email by responding promptly and professionally to customer emails, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of all email interactions to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and internal policy updates relevant to the financial and exchange services.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate in any stream.
- Experience: Fresher can also apply with Good Comm. skill
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills in both languages, with proficiency at a V3.5 level or higher.
- Excellent written communication in English.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, and an empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage high volumes of calls efficiently.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulations and procedures set by the Central Bank of UAE is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Additional Requirements: Shift Timings:
- Rotational shifts, including night shifts, to meet the operational needs.
- Week Offs: Rotational, based on business and team requirements.
- Work Environment: Dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and a focus on compliance.
