Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries related to remittances, currency exchange, bill payments, and other financial services offered by the Exchange.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues or complaints while maintaining compliance with Company and Bank guidelines.
  • Ensure that all interactions are logged accurately in the system, with proper documentation of customer details.
  • Strive to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call
    resolution.
  • Manage customer inquiries and requests via email by responding promptly and professionally to customer emails, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of all email interactions to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and internal policy updates relevant to the financial and exchange services.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate or Undergraduate in any stream.
  • Experience: Fresher can also apply with Good Comm. skill
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills in both languages, with proficiency at a V3.5 level or higher.
  • Excellent written communication in English.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, and an empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage high volumes of calls efficiently.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulations and procedures set by the Central Bank of UAE is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Additional Requirements: Shift Timings:
  • Rotational shifts, including night shifts, to meet the operational needs.
  • Week Offs: Rotational, based on business and team requirements.
