Job Description:

Required Skills:

  • Should have minimum 1 year of experience in International voice process (Technical support)
  • Should have Excellent communication
  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets via phone or chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues
  • Escalate complex problems to second-level support teams
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with user account setup, access, and other user related tasks.
