As a Process Associate – Voice, you will be responsible for resolving inquiries, requests, and concerns and providing accurate information. You should be flexible to work in shifts. Graduate with 0-1 year of experience in a Healthcare domain .
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Ability to handle queries through calls and email follow-ups .
- Coordinate activities associated with Order management
- Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions
- Adhere to SLAs and timelines .
Readiness to work in shifts as needed for the job

Job Description: Process Analyst
As Process Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C), you are responsible for processing Accounts receivable, posting and balancing daily cash applications, preparing journal entries, filing records, and general account reconciliations.
You should be flexible to work in shifts.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Analysis of receivable accounts, investigation of entries, and pulling audit prep work.
- Involve in netting instructions, Direct Debit run, rejection of Direct Debit, and Oracle updating.
- Investigate unapplied payments, rectify them, and ensure proper allocation.
- Provide information relating to customer payments, refunds, and other miscellaneous accounts receivables questions.
- Adhere to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet the specified timelines.
