- Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
Required Candidate Profile
- Graduation is required.
- Min. 2years of documented experience is required in customer service.
- Must be comfortable with WORK FROM OFFICE.
- Good English communication is required.
