We are seeking a seasoned, professional International Voice Support Executive with 2-7 years of experience to handle high-level, complex customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have a neutral or American accent, exceptional, empathetic communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting strict KPIs (CSAT, AHT, FCR) in an international voice process.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound/outbound calls from [US/UK] customers, providing professional, and empathetic service.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve complex customer queries, complaints, and technical issues, acting as a point of escalation.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Quality & Compliance: Adhere to strict quality guidelines, compliance policies, and data security standards.
- Mentorship (Optional but common for 5yrs exp): Support team leaders in coaching new hires or assisting team members with complex scenarios.
Required Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in an International Voice process .
