Job Description:
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Understanding and analyzing the requirements of the project.
- Ability to develop prototypes/concepts for the requirements.
- Develop according to Siemens Energy Corporate UI guideline standards including colors, icons, typographic specifications, graphics, as well as other relevant elements.
- Design and development of software (applications) using React and other auxiliary technologies.
- Development and maintenance of several add-ons shared between multiple Siemens Energy applications.
- Participate in daily standup meetings and become a member of a scrum team.
- Documentation and maintenance of software and tools used in the project
Implement best practices, standards, and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies. - Perform code reviews and participate in defining & ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Provide development estimates on stories and tasks in order to implement projects in an agile environment.
- Continuously integrate new features and deploy to the Production Environment responsible for controlling the adaptability of all the APIs and their integration.
- Uses a combination of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build the client-side or user-facing portions of applications.
Requirements:
- Master’s / bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar with experience in the field of Software Development and Architecture.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Hands-on coding and software design experience.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence desired.
- An analytical mindset.
- Curious, willingness to learn new technologies.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner.

- Working experience with tools like Gitlab/Jenkins/Jira/Confluence.
- Experience working with AWS-based microservices.
- Experience in creating excellent mobile apps or responsive web experiences is a bonus.

- HTML5 + CSS skills.
- Experience of working in an agile distributed environment.
- Design and implementation of interactive and responsive web/mobile applications.
