  • Lead the team and ensure loss identification and elimination across global measures by developing organization capability and process by making the best use of manufacturing tools.
  • Lead process validation, changes in equipment, and standardization.
  • Build your capability to technically solve the process failure. Lead the daily direction-setting process by reporting results, highlighting issues, and requesting vital resources.
  • Focus on reducing overall costs and leading productivity projects through efficient asset utilization and benchmarking.
  • Serve as the central information hub for project and product development, coordinating capital projects across various functions and teams.
  • Exhibit leadership in utilizing technology to address manufacturing challenges.
  • Design processes to establish a credible manufacturing capability.
  • Accelerate the speed to market for products and innovations.
  • Lead large project management teams from the first day of your joining, that control and optimize the project spending and capital.
  • Provide excellent service and strive to become the top supplier for our customers.
  • Work closely with a specific category to fully understand its strategies and ensure the highest level of service for that category.
  • Collaborate with the Market Planning and Sales Teams to meet shipment targets and align them with inventory goals.
  • Execute, Design Projects in our Customer Supply Chain and P&G FG to minimize the cost and improve the service.
  • Take the lead in digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency in the last-mile delivery processes.
  • Build expertise in Sales Work Systems and Supply Chain Processes, and actively own the customer capability programs.

Requirements:

  • We are seeking a recent graduate in one of the following engineering majors: Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics engineering, or any relevant engineering degree.
  • Alternatively, candidates with an MBA degree and 0-2 years of proven experience can also apply.
  • In addition to possessing good knowledge of English, we value skills such as technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership, and the ability to work collaborate.
