Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Test C++ software for printing and scanning solutions.
  • Develop new solutions for test automation and maintain existing test automation code.
  • Develop or adapt testing tools for functional areas.
  • Plan tests, execute test cases, and analyze test results.
  • Debug test failures and provide solutions.
  • Communicate the test strategy, execution plans, and results to various functional groups.
  • Serve as the Quality team interface with the Product Development team and Management.
  • Continuously improve testing methods and mentor new team members.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of C++ and data structures.
  • Solid understanding of operating systems, either Windows or Linux.
  • Proficiency in debugging and using memory analyzers to solve technical issues.
  • Knowledge of Python or another scripting language to write automated test cases.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration using Git and Jenkins.
  • Ability to take initiative and improve testing methods.
  • Experience in performance testing is a plus.
  • Experience in testing and certifying components on various hardware configurations.
  • B.E./B.Tech in CS/ETC/EE or equivalent with 0 to 4 years of experience.
  • Good academic scores throughout education.
