- Should have experience between 4-12 years in Technical CRM
- Technical consultant with D365 background, having worked on the D365 product extensively and done multiple implementations.
- Worked on different CRM / XRM versions.
- Implemented complete life cycle of least 2 to 3 projects.
- Expertise technologies like HTML 5 , CSS, SOAP, REST, Angular JS, Javascript
- Experience in agile deliveries and tight timescale
- Also having done projects on premise/ cloud, support, upgrade and Migrations
- Must worked on D365 customization and configuration
- Resolve the technical issues etc.
- He should be customer facing with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent , PowerBI
- Experience in Integration with third party applications.
- Must have certified on D365
- Sound expertise in DevOPs , GIT, Jira
- Designed and developed Microsoft Flow, PowerApps and PowerBI reports.
- Worked on Office 365, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint APIs.
- Marketing automation, RESCO, Scribe, Kingswaysoft, Click dimentions
