For Freshers:
- In-hand Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 per month
- Variable Pay

For Experienced Candidates:
- In-hand Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹24,000 per month
- Variable Pay

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for customers via chat, email, or phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Offer prompt and professional solutions to technical inquiries
- Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and efficient solutions
- Stay updated on product and system knowledge to offer the best support
