Job Description:
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to sell motor insurance products through their dealership networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate partnerships with OEMs to expand the company’s presence in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for OEM customers, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on sales progress, identifying areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in OEM Sales or Dealer Sales.
- Strong understanding of motor insurance products and services offered by various players in the market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with OEMs.
