Job Description:
- Actively engage with prospective customers, identify their banking needs, and offer suitable products/services (e.g., personal loans, savings accounts, credit cards, etc.).
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the organization.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify potential customers in the assigned geographic area. Stay informed about competitors offerings and market trends.
- Develop a deep understanding of the bank’s products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Provide on-the-ground support to customers for queries related to products and services.
- Assist with documentation and help them understand the application process.
- Regularly travel within the assigned territory to meet with prospects, attend events, and visit branch locations as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospects using CRM tools. Provide regular reports on sales progress to the reporting manager.
