- Candidate should have hands-on Pega development experience of 4+ years
- Must be Pega CSSA certified in Pega 7.x or later.
- Should have a sound understanding of BPM concepts and methodologies
- Should possess hands on development experience on Activities, Data Transforms, Decision & Declarative rules, User interfaces, Flows, etc.
- Must have a sound understanding of integration using REST services
- Must have experience in Production deployment/implementation and Support
- Atleast 1 Pega Framework experience required. Smart Dispute experience desirable
Pega Cloud experience is desirable.
Good to Have:
- Must be aware of Agile Scrum methodology. Should be able to work in fast-paced work environment.
- Should be quick learner and effective team player.
- Should be self-motivated and able to guide lesser experienced team members.
