Job Description:
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Review project specifications and prepare deviations list
- Clarify doubts on technical specifications through conference calls with Sales office/LBP
- Sizing and selection of control valves using proprietary Fisher First software
- Contact Specials/Pricing team as and when required for critical application solutions/special prices
- Prepare Technical and Commercial Quote, technical deviations list, reports and generate drawings
- Provide support on project revisions from the Customer
- Support Sales office after the issue of PO and prepare transactions for order entry
- Provide technical support for OE /factory clarifications and assist with change orders
- Maintain records of all work done.
Requirements:
- A degree in the engineering field.
- Hands on knowledge and experience of control valves sizing & selection.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Creating portfolios as evidence for your competency element as part of structured continued further education in engineering.
- Awareness of internal and industry standards as related to position responsibility (preferred).
Preferred:
- Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to pitch the solutions for applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ready to take up any new challenges.
- Experience in Handling large projects and Inhouse engineering experience.
