Responsibilities and duties:

  • Creating additional L2 WBS (charge codes) and following up on related approvals in SWIFT.
  • Handling Time Transfer requests in SWIFT.
  • Sending reminders for Missing Timesheets.
  • Adhering to best practice guidelines in time transfers.
  • Adding/Updating manual staffing for resources in our Staffing Tool/iManage.
  • Saving documents for client Teams on iManage.
  • Applying basic knowledge in business finance and administration.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via calls or emails after checking relevant information from different tools.
  • Creating contact person/email IDs and linking them to customers in SWIFT.

Requirements:

  • BCOM Fresher or 0-1 year of experience in Finance.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Quick learning ability and proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Assertive with strong organizing and communication skills.
  • Precise, accurate, and detail-oriented in administrative work.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to execute tasks with accuracy.
  • Structured, systematic, and orderly approach to work.
