Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate and extend offers to qualified candidates.
• Onboard new hires and provide them with the necessary support to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with social media recruiting is a plus.
