Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Freshee to 2+ years of experience in customer retention or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
