Job Description:
- Respond to customer queries and customer’s concern
- Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and advance product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
Minimum qualifications
- Graduate (Any Discipline except Law). We are not considering undergraduates/result awaited candidates/pursuing candidates for these roles.
- Freshers are also eligible. Candidates with previous exp. (1-2 years) in voice process can also appear for interview
- Candidate should be able to Read/speak/comprehend in Hindi and English languages
