Job Description:
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Identify customers needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Record each call on CRM software, as per company’s policies and procedures
- Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner, if necessary and close them.
- Generate quality leads of company’s financial products.
- Through telephonic calling to new and existing clients of our company.
Requirements:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- BPO/Call Center experience preferable.
- Possess good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Have a good positive attitude-should be committed to the work.
- Ability to handle pressure and complete targets on monthly basis.
- Experience of at least 6-12 months required in outbound and inbound Tele Sales process.
