Job Description:
- Oversee and optimize daily operations related to policy issuance, underwriting, renewals, claims, and customer support.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, finance, and sales teams to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports; recommend improvements to drive operational excellence.
- Implement and maintain SOPs, ensuring all processes comply with industry regulations and company standards.
- Lead and mentor operations staff, managing team performance and fostering professional development.
- Coordinate with IT and product teams to implement or upgrade systems for better process automation and data tracking.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Handle escalated client issues and provide support to resolve complex problems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and reduce costs.
Preferred candidate profile
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems used in insurance operations.
- Knows facts and compliance of Insurance
