Job Description:
- Utilize essential accounting and organizational skills while working both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support reconciliation
- Ensure accurate/timely processing of reconciliation including:
- Cash and position reconciliations, accruals b. illogical breaks c. firm out of balance d. stock record breaks e. Monitoring movement of securities
- Corporate Action processing (Mandatory and Voluntary)
- Execution of capital calls, receipt of distributions, and other capital activities.
- Quarterly audit confirmation processing and reporting.
- Assess client accounting requirements and develop processes for efficient service delivery
- Contribute knowledge and guidance to the development of financial applications
- Communicate with internal and external clients, research and manage client inquiries and data exceptions
- Perform other duties as required
Skills/Competencies:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Work
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstration of high analytical capacity and intellectual curiosity
