Skills Required:
- 6 Months to 3 years of experience in Medical Devices complaints handling or PMS
- Knowledge of global medical device regulations
- Strong mechanical problem analysis abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like Trackwise, Salesforce, ServiceMax
