Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily audits in coordination with the Crack Team focusing on :
- Monitor and drive improvement across Customer Obsession Metrics
- Collaborate with Hub Managers and Central Ops to improve audit scores and team performance.
- Support team training for HMTs on escalation handling, PO prioritization, and workflow efficiency.
- Share daily and weekly audit insights with Zonal Experience Leads and contribute to HMT performance cycles.
- Identify delays and ensure resolution of Prexo shipment issues due to non-adherence or missed pickups.
Candidate Profile:
- 0-2 years of experience in Logistics/Operations/Fulfillment
- Strong knowledge of hub workflows and escalations handling
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in dashboards, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Experience working with audit or process improvement teams
