Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

• In charge of examining and evaluating user profiles, audio, video, and textual content; as well as looking into, elevating, and/or fixing problems that users report or that the system flags.
• Using particular tools and channels, review, categorise, and/or remove content in accordance with client criteria.
• Recognise and stay current with evolving client policies and procedures.
• Examine, fix, and communicate complicated content problems to the larger Trust and Safety group. Act as a spokesperson for the user base.
• Engage in projects for process improvement that raise the calibre and effectiveness of your work.
• Engage in ongoing training courses and group discussions to advance in the position as best you can.
• Talk about socially sensitive subjects in order to maintain the safety of our communities.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Outstanding communication, comprehension, and (English) skills; strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management abilities.
• strong focus on details.
• Strong knowledge with and enthusiasm for the internet, its platforms, and its culture
• Capacity to function effectively both individually and collaboratively
  the capacity to work irregular hours and in shifts or rotations.
