Role & responsibilities:
- Providing regular input to the Regional Technical Service Manager RTSM
- Provide Customer Service to end customers in the designated districts
- Track and report quality of company products through on site tests and market sampling
- Collect independent feedback from end customers about selling process (Price, Service Levels, Quality, etc.) and report the same to the Regional Technical Service Manager RTSM.
- Manage relationship with Key Accounts and Key influencers
Preferred candidate profile
- Technical Executive – Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Technical Service Engineer – BE/B.Tech in civil Engineering.
- 2 Years of experience as site engineer or in similar profile.
