Job Description:

Analysis and Requirement gathering sessions, working directly with Clients and Vendors for GL Configurations.

• Excellent oral/written skills as this will be a client facing role.
• Uses excellent communication and facilitation skills to advice and update clients and internal teams. Prepares written communications such as status/issue reports, project/internal correspondence, mapping documents and other required deliverables.
• Delivers prepared, concise, and persuasive formal presentations in a variety of settings.
• Understand business requirement and translate it technically and setup the configuration of the system.
• Documents information about source systems including data formats, systems of record, definitions, and data dependencies.
• Identifying and understanding issues, problems and opportunities by comparing data from different sources and draw conclusions.
• Provide End-to-End support by working with project teams in all phases of the General Ledger Product implementation.
• Performs technical Quality Assurance on output files and system configurations.
• Creates and maintains documentation on efforts, formats, and configuration rules, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and analytical skills in talking to key end users
  Good knowledge MS- Excel
• Understanding of Accounting/Payroll/HCM Domain is appreciated.
