Job Description:
Analysis and Requirement gathering sessions, working directly with Clients and Vendors for GL Configurations.
- Excellent oral/written skills as this will be a client facing role.
- Uses excellent communication and facilitation skills to advice and update clients and internal teams. Prepares written communications such as status/issue reports, project/internal correspondence, mapping documents and other required deliverables.
- Delivers prepared, concise, and persuasive formal presentations in a variety of settings.
- Understand business requirement and translate it technically and setup the configuration of the system.
- Documents information about source systems including data formats, systems of record, definitions, and data dependencies.
- Identifying and understanding issues, problems and opportunities by comparing data from different sources and draw conclusions.
- Provide End-to-End support by working with project teams in all phases of the General Ledger Product implementation.
- Performs technical Quality Assurance on output files and system configurations.
- Creates and maintains documentation on efforts, formats, and configuration rules, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and analytical skills in talking to key end users
Good knowledge MS- Excel - Understanding of Accounting/Payroll/HCM Domain is appreciated.
