Job Description:
- Utilize various methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain clear communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, even those who are not selected.
- Negotiate offers with selected candidates, considering factors such as compensation, benefits, and start dates.
- Prepare and extend formal job offers, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other databases.
- Provide regular reports to HR leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
