Job Description:
- Logging call received by Business Users from Email/Phone/Web
- Hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on desktops / laptops. 1st and 2nd level of support on under warranty.
- OS Support on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 10 & other System Software support.
- Software Support on Office Automation, Anti-virus software, E-Mail Client
- Providing REMOTE SUPPORT to the calls logged by the out-location branches
- Configure / troubleshoot network connectivity of desktops / laptops
- Troubleshooting related to Internet, Intranet.
- Laptop/Desktop Encryption Support.
- Configuring the print servers & resolving printing problems of the users
- Performing any Install, Move, Add or change (IMAC) at the client level
- Support for 2 factor authentication, VPN connectivity support
- Basic support (L1) on RF-Guns / PPAD Management. Escalating and Coordinating with respective team in case the issue is not resolved with the initial troubleshooting.
- Basic Support (L1) on Voice / Videoconferencing (VC) Management (Client Side). Escalating and Coordinating with respective vendor and/or team in case of Voice/VC equipment failure.
- Co-ordinate and escalation with other support groups.
- End user Support and VIP Support .
