- As a Senior Associate, Trust & Safety, you are responsible for day-to-day PV Compliance Trust & Safety Operations through content moderation, classification and data labeling activities. You are passionate about working cross functionally You are responsible for reviewing content to ensure it adheres to established content guidelines. You will review Prime video content, often of a graphic nature, and enforce policy decisions related to content. You will be on the front lines, handling and reviewing sensitive content to protect the platform and keep users safe. Our Sr. Associate will review content in continuous succession and it is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content on a daily basis. You will gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall PV user experience. You will research and stay up-to-date on key trends and suspicious patterns across policy areas, along with participating in content calibrations.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Tamil & English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
