Job Description:
The day to day job requires the individual to make judgment-based decisions by following a standard operating procedure.
This will involve tasks such as:
- Understand and adhere to standard operating procedure.
- Analyze, and identify the issues in the Video content.
- Understand the issue and make best use of the available resources/tools to resolve/fix it.
- Proactively raises issues /alarms to manager or stakeholders that may have an impact on core deliverables or operations
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to the Service level agreement, and average handle time set for the processes.
- Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
- Notice Period: Immediate Only.
