How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting customers with early-stage past due accounts to secure payments, resolve delinquencies, and prevent accounts from progressing to later stages of collections, while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers via phone regarding early-stage past due accounts.
  • Educate customers on outstanding balances, due dates, and payment options.
  • Negotiate and set up payment arrangements when required.
  • Encourage timely payments to minimize delinquency and charge-off risk.
  • Identify reasons for delinquency and document accurate account notes.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and company policies.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and recovery targets consistently.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk accounts as per internal guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • Not more than 5 years of difference between highest education degree completion date and joining date
  • Should not have enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work anytime in US hours (24*7 rotational shifts), including weekends.
  • Hybrid Environment- on site expectation 3 days/week.
