Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
explain the customers – based on insurance T&C
customer follow-up
feedback on Consumer Portal
Maintain register for the same
knowledge required on MS-Excell

Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation.
0 – 1 Yr experience same domain.
Should be good skills in MS Excel.
Should be good in oral and written communications.
Languages – Telugu / Hindi / English.
