Job Description: Customer Support Representative for handling Customer Escalation
– Resolve escalation issues from customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, and email
– Also involved in taking product feedback from customers
– Need people with good English/ Hindi spoken language skills
– Good Typing skills required
– Previous experience in similar roles will be an added advantage
– Staying near/ willing to self-commute to Hydernagar is a must

Job Description : Customer Support Representative for Handling Installations
– Customer requests for installation support via phone and emails. CSR is responsible for talking
to Customers and Installation vendors to schedule installations and is responsible for the timely
completion of installation jobs
– Agents should be able to drive the vendors for completing the jobs on time
– Need smart people with good spoken English skills, who can also communicate in Hindi.
– Previous experience in MS Excel and Google Spread Sheets is required
– Staying near/ willing to self-commute to Hydernagar is a must

Job Description : Customer Support Representative for Deliveries
– To work closely with Shipping Partners on the smooth delivery of shipments and call customers when required to provide information about the shipment in transit
