Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely processing and accurate data entry.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure seamless order execution.
- Conduct follow-ups on outstanding payments and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year experience in order coordination or related field.
- Proficiency in Sales Order, Order Processing, Follow Ups, Order Management, Payment Followup skills.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
