Job Description:
- Contributing in creation/modification/revision of the technical manuals/documentation across various domains.
- Understanding and conducting impact analysis based on the engineering change request.
- Researching extensively and ensuring adherence to the applicable regulatory requirements.
- Performing tasks in customer specific project tools and updating status in Capgemini workflow management tools
- Following processes and standards defined for the customer.
- Performing Internal & external rejection analysis, discussing in Knowledge sharing sessions and ensuring prevention of rejections and thus maintaining quality KPI
Communicating with SMEs as and when required and ensuring that the quality KPI’s are met - Participating in peer-reviews and following the review cycles to ensure the Right First time
- Visualizing/creating images, mark-ups, additional information / instruction to Illustrators whenever required.
