Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage order to cash process from receipt to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Review and resolve billing discrepancies, including credit notes, debit notes, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance) and external parties (customers) for smooth transaction flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions in CRM system.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1- 10 years of experience in Order to Cash Processing or related field.
- Night Shifts flexibility is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Cash Applications, Dispute Management, and Cash Allocation processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
