Job Description :
- In-depth knowledge of one of Workday or SuccessFactors LMS; both preferred. Willing to train on system if applicable.
- End to end responsibility for the administration and coordination of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Creation of content in LMS – digital and non-digital interventions
- Structure courses in to learning pathways
- Creation of other items in the system such as: Assessments, evaluations, etc
- Assign training through automation or ad hoc basis
- Upload, test and deploy digital content (Video, SCORM, etc)
- Provide 1st line support to learners for any LMS queries they have
- Create and run reports as required
- Maintenance of system, including managing content duplication
- Managing Group Learning inbox and any query logging system
- Day-to-day phone and email supporting with all aspects related to the e-Learning
- First point of contact for all queries related to training content
- Sending compliance reports on request
- Providing support with reports (granting access and how to run)
- Uploading training results to LMS (e.g. passed via paper version of training or on different platforms)
