Job Description :
- Good communication Skills
- Problem solving / Analytical skill
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel & Word desired)
- Reviewing information on the mortgage document and entering the information from mortgage document to Client System,
- Performing due diligence by validating the information on documents
- Flag out any discrepancy issues found on any of the required mortgage documents back to customer.
- Candidate should be flexible working in US shift
- Candidates with excellent communication are applicable for this process
- Candidates should be flexible working in night shifts
- Education criteria Minimum 15 (10+2+3 / 4) years of education
- Candidates with standing arrears is not eligible, should be a graduate
- Interview will be a day long process
- Parking facility is not available inside Cognizant premises
- Referrals are invited
