Job Description:
The Process Trainer is responsible to develop, align & deliver training programs as per project requirements. Which includes Training need interventions, Continuous improvement & Floor calibrations to support performance metrics. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient operations and continuous improvement within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Training Need Identification: Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs
and gaps within the organization. - Training Modules: Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including
course outlines, presentations, and instructional materials. - Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees at all
levels, utilizing a variety of instructional methods (e.g, Virtual Training). - Certification Approach: Develop and administer evaluation tools to measure the
effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. - Documentation: Maintain and update training materials to reflect changes in processes
and industry best practices. - Skill-up: Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and
address training-related questions. - Process Improvement: Creation of RCA, identifying error trends and implementing
action plans. - Stakeholder Management: Work closely with department heads, managers, and
subject matter experts to ensure alignment between training programs and
organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 4 years of experience in training and development
- Strong instructional design skills, including the ability to create engaging and effective
training materials. - Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using various training technologies and tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously. - Knowledge of adult learning principles and theories.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint)
- Open to work from the office.
