- Monitor and analyse real-time data from multiple datasets
- Identify and investigate errors in news alerts and captions
- Cross-check information with social media posts for accuracy, completeness, and factual correctness
- Write and edit captions for social media posts
- Audit and programmatically apply business rules for data validation
- QA algorithmic is to improve the quality of the dataset output
- Stay up-to-date on new policies, processes and procedures impacting the QA workflow
- Adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Political/Social Sciences, or related fields
