- Assist in processing insurance products and related documentation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of insurance records
- Utilize MS Office tools to manage and organize data efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support the processing of renewals and changes/endorsements
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Provide feedback to improve process efficiency
- Adapt to rotational shifts and hybrid work model

Job Description:
Skill: Candidates with 2+ years of experience with excellent communication, US Healthcare AR Callers with ‘Denial Management’ experience (Voice Process) are only eligible for the interview.
