Job Description:
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Understand clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options (e.g., life, health, auto, home, term insurance).
- Develop and deliver tailored insurance solutions based on individual or business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist clients with claims processing and provide ongoing support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to offer accurate advice.
- Manage administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining records in CRM systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work from the Noida office for 6 days a week (24 days a month).
Requirements:
- Versant 3 and above with fluency in both English and Hindi.
- Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or in a similar sales role in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Valid insurance license (as per local regulations).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Familiarity with the local insurance market.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
