Academic % Criteria 10th,12th,Graduation- Above 65% in all

Target Batch: 2018-2020

Probation/Training Period: 6 Months

Salary: INR 2 LPA – INR 3 LPA(increment post 6 months)
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description:
– Supporting pre-sales and business development activities for New businesses in US/UK.
– Generate BPO leads or Software leads.
– Business solution and Commercial proposal management.
– Pipeline management for projection of new business and conversions

Skill Set Required:
– Excellent Communication Skills
– Should have MS office knowledge
– Lead Generation and conversion expertise/enthusiasm.
– Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
– Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
– Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
– Strong attention to detail
– Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Dependable and flexible when necessary.

Shift Timings: Fixed; but should be available 24*7 as and when required.
