- Proficiency in AT&T design tools including ARAMIS DT, WALDO, and IQ GEO.
- Strong understanding of AT&T specifications and standards in various markets.
- Ability to perform Quality Checks (QC), QA, validation, and delivery tasks across multiple AT&T scopes.
- Expertise in GPON architecture and distribution network planning (F1, F2, F2.5, F3).
- In-depth knowledge of FTTP network topologies including SFU, MDU, and BIZ dense job specifications.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in multiple planning and design technologies and quality control methodologies.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to mentor and train junior team members on AT&T standards and practices.
