Job Description:
- Identifying and engaging with masons and contractors for their respective territories based on their potential.
- Achieve monthly sales target through existing influencer base and by onboarding new influencers.
- Engaging with influencers through technical activities for sale of premium product and creating awareness about construction and cement qualities.
- Build the sales pipeline by ensuring monthly addition of new influencers and reactivation of inactive influencers.
- Onboarding meetings for enrolling new influencers.
- Timely updation of influencers reward points on the app based on volume of cement consumed.
- Regular tracking of active/ inactive, stagnant, degrowing masons/ contractors.
- Identify and implement local strategies for converting inactive influencers to active influencers.
- Attend quality complaint within 48 hours and escalate to Technical Specialists.
- Visits to construction sites for conversion and retention of DSP.
