Role & responsibilities
- Sourcing / Acquisition of Gold loan customers, NTB as well as existing customers
- Networking and driving business with all sourcing channels in the branch to provide leads
- Micro marketing activities at potential locations in the catchment area of the branch.
- Doing end to end operations involved in the disbursal of the loan.
- Customer service pre and post sales.
- Support collection RMs in resolving bucket and POT NPA cases.
- Achieving Goal sheet numbers as per KPIs
