Job Description:
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- As a business technology analyst, you will be responsible to build technology business solutions -Work in an AGILE or WATERFALL model to build custom solutions
- Design, develop, test and document applications using Microsoft and other modern technologies including but not limited to C#, ASP, .NET Core, Angular, SharePoint On-premise/Online, Microsoft Azure development with Azure Apps and Cloud platform, SQL Server & Microsoft Azure SQL, Big Data, Azure DevOps
- Build test case scenarios for the various tools developed and fix the bugs/issues identified post the user Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Implementation of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for efficient handling of data and automation of tax process
- Design and develop datasets in Alteryx or other data wrangling tools to automate tax processes and create outputs to be used by BI Reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc.
- Execute functional, application and regression tests; including both positive and negative scenarios
- Participate in daily status calls and meetings, report status on assigned tasks to your lead
- Work with seniors, managers and business analysts to clearly define and understand business requirements
- Work with Tax functional teams to provide application support
- Organize and analyze complex data sets in Microsoft SQL Server and other database technologies
- Work with infrastructure team to deploy web applications, services and databases
- Automate manual data adjustment processes by using various Data Wrangling Tools (Alteryx, Power Query Power BI, Tableau Prep etc.)
Requirements:
- Full time Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum of 60% or equivalent CGPA in the results notified as on date of application
- Strong computer programming skills involving one or more programming languages and Database concepts – .Net Core, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML5 and CSS3, SharePoint On-premise/Online, MS SQL, Oracle, Big Data, VBA, Python, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, relational databases, networking concepts etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong application capability to take a theoretical knowledge and apply them to real time circumstances effectively
- Learn new technologies through self-study and work to develop prototypes and solve technical problems
- Ability to perform data intensive tasks and be skilled to organize the data for reporting requirements
- Ability to gather and analyze requirements, conduct software testing, implement the software solution and support production issues.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
