Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Preparation of non-technical business communications and basic presentations; from a lay-out and a content perspective.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, adherence to style guides, and compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Input and update data in documents or databases accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect, compile, and organize information for creating or updating documents.
- Provide excellent support, addressing their document-related inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide assistance with project-based work; be able to work independently in support of a project lead.
- Organization, coordination, and preparation of internal and external (virtual) meetings and events.
- Perform other administrative work as required; this may include handling incoming and outgoing e-mail and other correspondence; managing the agenda and arranging travel; input of timesheets and expenses; document filing on internal database.
