Job Description:
- Monitor and manage high volumes of inbound and outbound emails related to telecom services such as billing, service activation, complaints, technical support, and promotions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and clear communication.
- Categorize and prioritize emails based on urgency and nature of requests.
- Coordinate with technical, sales, and support teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of email communications and customer interactions in CRM or email tracking systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or higher management.
- Assist in drafting email templates and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for common queries.
- Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and company policies in all email communications.
- Generate reports on email process metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer feedback.
- Continuously improve email communication workflows and processes.
- Understanding of telecom products, services, and terminology is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
